Getting into the present moment: in three minutes!
****Breathe in for count of 4 then hold for count of 5 and exhale to count of 6: using chest and abdomen both.
****Then use your five senses each for 20 seconds: Stop and focus on something you see, something you hear, something you taste (even if it is just your tongue), something you can smell, then touch something and feel it.
****Check in with how you feel….. And think of something you are grateful for and write it down.
****Then speak any positive word you can think of out loud.
You are now in the present moment.
